Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between "Your Own Art" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website [www.yourownart.com] (hereinafter referred to as the Customer). Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page of the website. The photographs and descriptions of the products are not contractually binding. The Seller strives to provide the most accurate information possible, but errors may occur. If there is a discrepancy between the description and the product received, the Customer may return the product in accordance with the return policy (see section 8).
4. Prices
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order validation and vary depending on the delivery method chosen by the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but agrees to apply the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
- Creating an account: To place an order, the Customer may create an account by providing the required information (name, address, email, etc.) or make a purchase as a guest.
- Order validation: The Customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, and proceeds with payment. The validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs, without reservation.
- Order confirmation: After the order is validated and payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email is sent to the Customer with the order details. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the Customer, payment issues, or any legitimate reason.
6. Payment
Payment is made at the time of the order using the following payment methods:

The Seller guarantees that transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Full payment is required for the order to be processed and shipped. In the event of incomplete or fraudulent payment, the order will be canceled.
7. Delivery
- Delivery times: Orders are delivered within 8 to 15 business days from the time the order is validated, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
- Shipping address: Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated or as part of a special offer.
- Receipt of products: In the event of the Customer's absence at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left, and the Customer will be required to collect the package from the carrier within the specified timeframe.
8. Withdrawal and Returns
- Right of withdrawal: In accordance with French law, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs.
- Return process: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice, to the following address: [Return address]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective or not as described.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as used for the order.
9. Legal Warranty
The Seller is bound by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty for hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of non-conformity or hidden defects, the Customer may return the product and request an exchange or refund. The Customer has a period of 2 years to enforce the warranty of conformity.
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, Customer negligence, or force majeure. Additionally, the Seller shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures caused by external factors or third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).
11. Data Protection
The Seller is committed to protecting the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information collected is used solely for the processing of orders and customer relationship management. 12. Intellectual Property

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
